In this 3,800 square-foot whole house remodel, our clients wanted to transform this 1990’s house with cramped rooms and outdated décor into a more spacious and contemporary home. The budget didn’t allow for an addition, so by creatively removing various walls, we managed to achieve the illusion of a larger and more spacious home.
We installed a brand new kitchen using custom cabinets and state of the art appliances. With the help of Loeb Design Group, we designed an island with a lower rounded section that replaces the kitchen table for family meals.
A laundry room was constructed on the second-floor for ultimate convenience. All three bathrooms were gutted, remodeled and finished off with brand new Delta plumbing fixtures. Energy efficient, Marvin Integrity Windows were installed throughout the house. All interior doors and trim were replaced, and new crown molding put in, giving the home added dimension – and a beautiful, dressed up finish. Five-inch Red Oak, Hardwood floors were installed throughout — giving this home a richer, warm and inviting look that is highly durable.
